I’m Jack!
I’ve been a photographer for ten years, and a wedding photographer for six of those - six really incredible years. Prior to following the dream and taking on weddings full time, I had a career job managing a distillery. I spent my weekdays producing (and tasting) some of the best craft booze New York has to offer, occasionally traveling the country to share it with fellow spirits lovers. Paid vacations, great benefits, the whole nine. I liked what I did for a living… But I LOVED spending my weekends as a wedding photographer. And once I took that leap, I never looked back. I’m Bailey! I’ve always been an artist, but it’s been about four years since catching the photography bug… And I’ve been siiick ever since! Jack and I joined forces and immediately hit it off - so much so that we’ve added two tiny third-shooters to the team in January 2021 and February 2023. I started as an assistant occasionally second shooting weddings, but the more I got involved, the more it became an obsession. I fell in love with the entire experience. Getting to know the people we work with, really understanding what they’re about and then telling their stories image by image. THAT is what feeds the passion. THAT is what will prevent me from ever tiring of this “job.” I mean, I get to celebrate AND memorialize all of the beauty that is a wedding day. Then I get to share those memories with the people I’ve grown to care about. It’s truly incredible! Together, we’re Jack and Bailey - your future photographers! We value the natural moments, the in-between-the-pose type of authenticity. We take pride in our ability to be anticipatory, shooting in a candid/photojournalistic style. This ensures the preservation of all the emotions and personalities of your wedding day. "Hiring Jack was the best decision we ever made! He and his 2nd photographer were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They were friendly, punctual, and did everything possible to make our wedding day spectacular. He listened to my vision and what I was hoping to see in our photos, did a practice "get to know you" shoot, had some fantastic artistic ideas, and even brought some lighting to help out with our DIY photo booth. We had some pretty heavy rain at our outdoor wedding and they went above and beyond to get amazing photos of our decor before the rain started and even helped move everything under the tents when the rain began. I should note that my husband and I are not photogenic at all so the fact that they were able to make us comfortable and still produce some pretty amazing shots is pretty incredible.
